Join Emmy and Jonah, the pair behind Emmy's Pickles and Jams, on Sunday March 10th, for an evening slicing citrus and making marmalade. We will use moro blood oranges, a variety originally from Sicily and known for its deep red color and intense flavor. No better way to capture the flavor of late winter than with a delicious jar of marmalade to spread on your morning toast.
We will discuss the process and a few different techniques in creating this special type of preserve, and then start slicing! The class will last about two hours, and each participant will have a jar to bring home.
