If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer full refunds, exchanges or store credit within 20 days of purchase. We will accept returns (except on final sale items) on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and with its tags intact.
Items purchased at any discount are not eligible for refunds.
Discounts below 30% off may be returned for store credit.
Items purchased at 30% off or greater are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
Additional items excluded from returns are: Swimwear, Innerwear, Apothecary, and Beauty items.
We offer free shipping on exchanges or store credit returns within 20 days of purchase. However, we are only able to cover the cost of shipping for one round of exchanges.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping for refunded returns. In this case the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees and return labels are not refundable.
To guarantee the availability of your replacement item you must put your original item in the mail within 7 days of receiving your return label. After 7 days, we can no longer guarantee the availability of the exchange item.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $130.
All domestic orders under $130 are shipped via USPS priority mail for a flat rate of $8.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Gravel & Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are unable to reimburse items which are lost or stolen in transit.
