In-Store Purchases
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 20 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
Items purchased at 30% off or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Additional items not eligible for return include vintage clothing, swimwear, innerwear, apothecary, and beauty products.

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase on items that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
Items purchased at any discount are not eligible for refunds. Items discounted under 30% may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Items purchased at 30% off or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
The following items are not eligible for return: swimwear, innerwear, apothecary, and beauty products.
Return Shipping & Fees
We offer free shipping on exchanges and store credit returns within 20 days of purchase. We are able to cover one round of exchange shipping per order.
Return shipping costs for refunds are not covered and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees and return labels are non-refundable.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $250.
Domestic orders under $250 ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gravel & Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are unable to reimburse items once they are marked as delivered.
