XX (which stands for "20") is a sparkling multicolored holographic glitter nail polish. This polish is packed with over 20 different types of glitters in a clear base. Layer this over a base color or wear it opaque for an ultra-festive look.
Notes: Glitter polishes dry slightly textured. We recommend applying 2 layers of top coat to smooth out the finish.
