An overview through activities and lecture of the belly organs, the mind-belly connection and techniques for using your belly- mind to make major and minor life decisions will be reviewed. Dr. Giulietta Octavio has helped people get in touch with themselves since 1992. Her work is prefaced on the belief that you don't need fixing, but rather connecting and developing, the unique inner parts of yourself and a diverse outer community to find everything you need to rock your own world. Dr. Octavio holds a Bachelors in Art & Somatic Therapy, a Masters and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She continues to study Energy Medicine, Qi Gong, Traditional Abdominal Massage, Breath work, Nutrition, Meditation and anything that shows potential value in her work. She teaches classes about mind-body creative-intelligence and sees people for one on one consult in San Francisco and around the Bay Area.
