Oakland, CA | Rocket Glass Works is a handblown glassware company founded in 2014 by Sam Schumacher.
Rocket Glass Works create unique, modern designs derived from organic, naturally inspired forms. With a focus on functionality, their products are meant to be used, not just admired.
Each piece is hand formed, one at a time, the old-fashioned way. They believe that modern manufacturing and consumption is broken, and in their own way, are working to change that.
All of their products are made in a cooperative studio with a group of glassblowers working to make a collective studio that serves the needs of our community.
