With Josey in the city, and Scott out here in Bolinas, we’ve become accustomed to having our fresh baked bread delivered to our doorstep Friday mornings. Scott is baking his whole wheat rounds in the Murch’s stone oven. He gets the fire going and forms his loaves on Thursday, then gets them in the oven around 5 a.m. Friday morning. Last week, there were 44 loaves available–sold out in an hour or two from the Farm Stand. De-licious!
