Thanks We’re Full

Many thanks to everyone who has signed up for Rachel’s next sandal making workshop. The class is now full. Here’s a little preview of what’s to come for the newbies….

Here we are tracing the tracings of our feets—

All hard at work at the back of the shop, doing our excellent cutting and skiving.

And then somebody busted out with some extra fantastic cutting and skiving.

Probably it was N_ _e.

In the end, we all came close(ish) to Rachel’s dreamy originals. And for sure, picked up an appreciation for the skills, craft, and patience necessary for proper cobbling. I hope the next class has as much fun together as we did at the last one!
