The open "boat" neck style originates from shirts made for the French navy as far back as 1858 — their necklines were cut extra wide for easy removal in case of falling overboard.

Our neckline is cut wide for great looks and comfort, and assuming you stay safely on deck, you'll never want to take it off.

Materials + Care

This exceptionally soft, lightweight rib knit is 90% cotton and 10% spandex fibers, It has a distinctive stripe pattern and firm yet forgiving character. It was knitted by a small mill in Hong Kong. It holds its shape — and yours — with ease.

Dyed after sewing to minimize further shrinkage.

We encourage a hand wash or a delicate cycle and line dry, but this garment can stand up to a regular wash if needed.
