This poster was created to take the "should" out of being healthy and demonstrates a return to joyful self care. What started as a playful re-imagining of the stale USDA MyPlate (as used in the California Department of Public Health programs) turned into a collection of simple everyday ways to express our natural right to health and happiness. 11 inches by 17 Wendy Van Wagner is a public health educator working with under served communities in rural northern California. She work mainly in nutrition education by promote living vibrantly in many ways.

Our bodies, ourselves are about 65% water. When we're floating in our mamas' bellies (in amniotic fluid, about 98% water), our mamas feel extra nice floating in a warm bath tub, relaxing their muscles and enjoying. Blessings on the floating babes, the floating mamas, and blessings on the water that floats us! Lisa Foti-Straus drew the sketch for this card one evening, sketching a pregnant sister-friend in the tub. A good one to give to mama's in wait. Emily Johnson printed them with a rainbow hued split fountain on an OG letterpress at EMprint Press, at YU, in Portland, Oregon. The recycled stock is heavyweight and a little bit toothy, with 25% cotton mixed in. The envelopes are 100% PCW recycled kraft paper.

"Hana 'i'o ka haole!"The foreigner does it in earnest! Neither strictly born on a Hawaiian island nor genetically Hawaiian, our nonetheless Hawaiian Lili designed "Go Stay Stay Go," honoring the moon, the mountains upon, and the sea that surrounds those paradises. A persimmon hue was selected for the backside and a fine gold powder was mixed in so that if you look carefully, these beauties shine. Emily Johnson printed these cards with love and expertise on an OG letterpress at EMprint Press, at YU, in Portland, Oregon. The recycled stock is heavyweight and a little bit toothy, with 25% cotton mixed in. The envelopes are 100% PCW recycled kraft paper.

There's nothing wrong with being a little bit sensitive. For those of us who are a little more delicate, Fat & the Moon has provided us with this sensitive pit cream.

This poster was designed by the founding G&G crew around 2009, and has taken many forms through the years. First printed at the legendary Colby Poster Printing Co. in Los Angeles (closed since 2012), it carries a piece of California's creative history with it.
