Behind our new Ferry Building Location

After 15 years in San Francisco, we have a view of the bay!

On August 4th we set up shop at Fog City Trading Post in the historic San Francisco Ferry Building! Fog City Trading post is the home of over 50 makers and merchants from the bay area and beyond!  It's a one stop shop for travelers and locals alike.

Here we will have an assortment of Gravel & Gold product favorites as well as some new, site specific treasures.

Behind our new digs is Aaron Rodriguez, an artist, set designer, builder and decade old friend of the shop. Aaron helped us bring our vision for this new space to life, from from early drawings to install. 

We pulled inspiration from Barbara Stauffacher Solomon's Sea Ranch super graphics, Italian Beach Clubs, utilitarian spaces like wood workshops, and the work of Carl Aubock to come up with a cohesive design that celebrates the joy and function we intend our product to provide.
