We are happy to send things out to any destination in the world. All orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Gravel & Gold cannot is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon arrival in the destination country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a California address.
We must let you know that we do not offer refunds, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. And there's just one exception--all sale items are final sale. All returns must be approved by Gravel & Gold. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately
at email@example.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gravel & Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are unable to reimburse items which are lost or stolen in transit.
By funding an item you are participating in a crowd funding campaign.
If the products reach their goal, we will manufacture and deliver it to you as soon as possible.
Your card will be billed at the time of purchase. Discounted prices are limited to the duration of the crowd funding campaign.
We do our best to provide realistic estimated shipping dates. However, delays in manufacturing can occur in which case we will update you with a new production timeline.
In the unlikely event that we don't receive enough pre-orders to fund production you will receive a full refund
