Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.

We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a California address.
We must let you know that we do not offer refunds, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
All returns must be approved by Gravel & Gold. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at dig[at]gravelandgold.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier
