NINA Z

A native of Sweden, Nina Zifvert has lived, studied and worked in Stockholm, London, Paris and New York. For the last ten years she has called New York City—where she has worked in fashion and the arts—home.

As a child of Sweden in the 1970’s, Nina recalls just about every other man and woman wearing clogs. In 2008, she decided to combine all of her past professional experiences and childhood memories by launching NINA Z. Her re-issues of iconic, old school Swedish clogs are made individually in the the south of Sweden by fifth generation shoemakers according to the classic clog manufacturing process. To mark the US re-issue the colors, styles and heights are new but rest assured the quality and craftsmanship remain timeless.
