Painting the cornucopia of daily life in a food-centric farm-family.

Carol Hake is a passionate painter and world explorer. Thirty years ago, Carol’s drive to paint plein air in West Marin and her husband’s resistance towards her relentless trespassing, led the Hake family to buy an overgrown farmhouse and fallow bottomland in Bolinas. This sparked a four generation enterprise that flourishes today as Gospel Flat Farm.
