Charles E. Andersson began the Skeppshult iron foundry in 1906 upon returning home from the New World with a head full of dreams and skills. Today it is the last remaining foundry in Scandinavia that is manufacturing household products in cast iron. All of their products carry a 25 year guarantee, though my guess is that their ironware will outlive us all.
